Crayon Cast TV respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we process information related to you when providing TV casting, local network discovery, device connection, playback control, version update, and necessary troubleshooting features.
This Policy applies to the Crayon Cast TV client and related services. The current version mainly performs device discovery, connection, and casting reception within a local network. It does not require a separate account and does not provide public internet casting or remote network traversal.
To provide core features, the client may process the following information on your device or within your local network:
The current version does not require your real name, ID number, contacts, SMS, album content, microphone recording, or precise location trajectory. Some Android systems may treat Wi-Fi information access as a location-related permission. We use that permission only to display network status and assist local network discovery and connection checks, not to record your movement.

Except for the operating system, app stores, payment channels, or third-party pages you actively open, Crayon Cast TV will not access other business domains for the above services.
The current Android project may include Tencent Bugly crash analysis components for locating app crashes and stability issues. If this capability is enabled in the released build, it may process troubleshooting information such as app version, device model, system version, crash logs, exception information, and network status. It is not used to identify the content you cast.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations, app store rules, payment channels, third-party SDK processing necessary for the purposes above, or actions you initiate, we will not share your information with unrelated third parties.
If analytics, customer support, push notifications, advertising, accounts, cloud sync, payment, or other third-party services are added in the future, we will update this Policy in the corresponding client version and disclose them in app store privacy materials.
Local network connection status and casting process information are mainly used for the current session. App settings, device name, display preferences, connection preferences, or necessary error records may be stored locally on your device to improve future use.
You may delete local data through app settings, system settings, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. If account or cloud services are provided in the future, we will also provide corresponding data access, deletion, or account deletion methods.
The current version's core casting features mainly run on your device and local network. If technical data is processed outside your country or region because you access public legal pages, version updates, crash diagnostics, app stores, payment channels, or infrastructure services, we will take reasonable safeguards required by applicable law and process such data only as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

Actual permission names and prompts are subject to the operating system or app store. We use these permissions only within the scope necessary for the corresponding features.
This service is not specifically designed for children. Minors should use the service with the consent and guidance of their guardians.
We use reasonable safeguards, including data minimization, HTTPS, access controls, product-level domain isolation, and avoiding hard-to-understand internal diagnostic information in the official user interface.
We may update this Policy due to product changes, laws and regulations, or app store requirements. If an update materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the corresponding client version through in-app prompts, public pages, or other reasonable methods, and may ask you to agree again.
