Welcome to Crayon Cast TV. This Agreement explains your rights and obligations when using the Crayon Cast TV software and related services.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not install, launch, or continue using the service. Before first use, you may continue only after you check and agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Crayon Cast TV is a casting receiver for TVs, boxes, and projection devices. It helps phones, computers, and other sender devices on the same local network discover the TV and send images, videos, or playback control commands to it.
Casting performance may be affected by TV model, system version, router, local network quality, sender app, and media format compatibility. We will continue improving compatibility, but we cannot guarantee identical performance across all devices, networks, or sender apps.
The current version does not require a separate account and does not provide public internet casting or remote network traversal.
You must use the service lawfully. You may not use it to violate laws, infringe others' rights, interfere with other devices, disrupt network order, or bypass device permission boundaries.
You may not reverse engineer, crack, tamper with, maliciously automate, bypass authorization limits, or redistribute the service without authorization.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you cast has a lawful source and proper usage rights.
The User Agreement, Privacy Policy, version update, paid authorization, subscription activation, and entitlement verification services for Crayon Cast TV are provided through https://labi.zknowai.com.
Except for the operating system, app stores, payment channels, or third-party pages you actively open, Crayon Cast TV will not access other business domains for the above services.
Crayon Cast TV may use system capabilities related to network access, network status, Wi-Fi status, local network discovery, media playback, foreground service, service recovery after startup, and battery optimization prompts. These capabilities are used for device discovery, connection, casting reception, playback control, and stable operation.

Crayon Cast TV may use https://labi.zknowai.com to obtain version numbers, release notes, release times, download links, or app store links. Updates installed through app store channels are subject to the rules of the corresponding app store.
If a client version updates the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, we will update the page content and dates in that version and may ask you to confirm again before continuing.
The current baseline version mainly provides free casting receiver features. If paid purchases, subscriptions, license codes, membership benefits, or other value-added services are provided in the future, the applicable price, benefits, refund rules, renewal rules, and cancellation methods will be shown in the app, app store, or separate purchase terms.
For regions where consumer protection laws apply, this Agreement does not exclude, restrict, or affect consumer rights, statutory warranties, withdrawal rights, or mandatory remedies that cannot be waived by law. If this Agreement conflicts with mandatory consumer protection rules, those mandatory rules will prevail.
The software, interface, documents, icons, trademarks, service names, feature designs, and related content of Crayon Cast TV are owned by the service provider or lawful rights holders.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it stable, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted across all devices, networks, media formats, or third-party sender environments.
We may update this Agreement due to product changes, laws and regulations, app store requirements, or security needs. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you in the corresponding client version through in-app prompts, public pages, or other reasonable methods, and may ask you to agree again.
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of Crayon Cast TV should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator's domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
